is a park in
Yuba City that comprises the Shanghai Bend Unit of the
Feather River State Wildlife Area. It is located on the west bank of the
Feather River at and just south of Shanghai Bend, at the far east end of Shanghai Bend Road. It features restrooms and a paved parking lot. It is sometimes known as
Shanghai Bend Park.
The Feather River Levee Bike Trail runs between Northgate Drive and Shanghai Garden Park.
Hunting and shooting are prohibited in Shanghai Garden Park.
